Which is why the American people must also learn to be observant of what goes on
around them. What is normal, and what is out of the ordinary. Neighborhood
watch on steroids. Not like over-zealous turning-in-of-your-neighbor as seen in
places like Russia or Hitler's regime, but an informed, armed, and vigilant
American people.
US Army, Air Force, and Navy MARS, RACES, ARES, Neighborhood Watch, REACT, and
so forth are groups already moving that way. Remember Cival Patrol? We are the
best homeland security - the citizens.
