[FedCom] Justice Flights

Here in Seattle, we have a Federal Detention Center, and have Justice
flights about twice a week.

I have seen:
N16806 = Justice 806   DC-9-82(MD-82)sn:49260
N16894 = Justice 894    DC-9-82(MD-82)sn:49393
N16895 = Justice 895    DC-9-82(MD-82)sn:49394

Lone Star Air Partners also owns a 727 N287FE    727-2D4 sn:21849
