For anyone in SoCal- When Customs reorganized their channels, what
position did 165.4375 (direct) move to? It was A7.
I believe it was the Long Beach Repeater output (A8), input 166.3.
Now Long Beach seems to be C4- 164.100/162.6625, and the A8 repeater was
disconnected, although 165.4375 is still rarely used for direct ops.
A8 is now the San Diego ALLIANCE repeater (171.075/169.450 R).
168.875 was an input, now an output, for who? I heard a LIMA plane on it (he
accidentally switched to the wrong position).
Also, Is WHCA still using the same protection channels (SIERRA, OSCAR,
etc.)? In the last few months I've only heard ONE transmission on the local
USSS repeater (165.6875). Is LA still using BAKER coded and CHARLIE? And
last, anyone know who 170.0625 is? Thanks/Ruff
