  It may seem that the Border Patrol/Homo Security has ALOT of freqs, but 
most of these are part of what they call, "WIDE AREA NET'S", that have one 
input, such as 173.4625 (which is one of the primaries) and as many as 10-12 
outputs, to ensure that all portables/radios can stay encrypted 100% of the 
time in this mountanous terrain. I'm sure there are alot more, as I live in 
a valley and have an indoor antenna. Also, when you hear what sounds like an 
open carrier, or a scanner "birdie", these are usually channels that are 
part of the FLEWUG/SENECA system, which makes it very easy to find 
frequencies, but you then have to filter out the carrier. They are also 
jamming the Customs air to air freq on 120.325, and the FBI one when it's in
