    One of those last 2 is 173.8875 (which is also an ATF direct freq) and I 
haven't heard any bug stuff in a few years, but when I did it was on 
166.6625 (Customs/ATF), 171.450 (DEA), and 167.5625 (FBI).
172.000, 166.800, 166.825, 171.625, 171.650 also used to be bugs and are now 
inputs to the new Justice/Treasury repeaters here. Ruff
