Who is Using?? Re: [FedCom] IRS freqs

I've had these freqs in the scanner since they were first published, and
have been at large military
airshows/open houses ... I've yet to hear any activity on these freqs.
I've also seen/heard CAP using normal FRS radios with CTCSS enabled (as of
last weekend at the Schenectady NY air show). Would be interested to find
out what agencies actually are using these radios on a regular basis or for
that matter even having purchased the units. My guess is there's a lot more
fed agencies using standard FRS radios which are probably 70% cheaper than
the IRS units & they probably had purchased the FRS units for IRS became
available.
Has anyone heard any federal agency using these???
