[FedCom] IRS freqs

Okay, is that freq listed as belonging to the IRS though?  Also, has
anyone heard any IRS coms either in the Portland, Oregon area or the
Little Rock, AR area?
	I also haven't figured out who is the user of that UHF Astro TRS I
posted about in this same badd.  A majority of coms are encrypted, but I
have heard what sounds like radio techs and maintenance for something oon
there in the Astro clear.
