Are we talking about the Internal Revenue Service IRS, as originally =
posted,
or are we talking about the Intra Squad Radios ISR?????  This thread is
going in two directions under one header...

Last summer and fall I had these ISR freqs in my Icom PCR1K.

There are three federal flood control dams just down river from my home =
-
all within about 5 miles  Sections of them are occasionally closed off =
and
used by the Marine and Army Reserve units for maneuver training (no =
heavy
vehicles though).  On weekends I would hear very brief one or two word =
comms
and a lot of mic clicks in response - leading me to believe at the time =
that
groundpounders &  grunts were using these freqs.
