[FedCom] Uniden BC-796D Software

I was looking at the BuTel software that is coming out for the BC-796.  One
of the features is:

"Auto resume on encrypted APCO 25 signals!"

This might be just the trick for federal monitoring.  I could program some
frequencies twice.  Once with the assigned PL tone that will block DES noise
if used in the analog mode and once carrier squelch under the theory that
the auto resume will work if it an encrypted APCO 25 signal.  However, I am
wondering if the auto resume ONLY works on encrypted APCO 25.  My thought
are that it might actually work as well on encrypted conventional.  Maybe
there is no value in programming the frequency more than once.
