    FYI- LIMA 950 is C3I out of March AFB for the West coast/Southwest area. 
Here are other LIMA BASES:
LIMA 100- L.A. DISTRICT
200- SAN DIEGO/NORTH ISLAND
400- CALEXICO POE
500- SAN FRANCISCO
520- SF AIRPORT
600- PORTLAND,ORE.
700- SEATTLE
720- AIRPORT
800- BLAINE, WASH. POE
900- L.A. ENFORCEMENT

Also, I happened to do a GOOGLE search: NORAD BIGFOOT frequencies, and found 
a website with all the aircraft transmitter sites. They're all for BLUE-1/2, 
and I believe most of them have X-RAY also.  Ruff
