[FedCom] DEA ID question

Picked up some clear voice traffic today on Philadelphia DEA CH2, 418.900.  
Unit was calling 715 base, identified as T104, testing an HT.  715 did the 
radio check to T104.  Does anyone had any similar unit identifiers like "T" 
in their areas.  I am guessing Task Force, but would like to know from the 
group.
