Hi Arthur,

The original post listed 165.2375 as a Customs frequency.   I belieive the 
confusion came about with my reply to the original post.  I stated that the 
Customs frequency was clear in Atlanta and also clear was the FBI (except 
for sensitive surveillances),  DEA, and Secret Service ( except for 
Presidential visits).  Apparently you assumed I was saying the FBI was clear 
on 165.2375.  I'm sorry, but that was not what I meant,  I didn't list the 
FBI or other agencies frequencies.   I have never heard FBI on 165.2375 this 
is a Customs frequency.

I hope this helps clear up the confusion.
