I never doubted your veracity. I live in northeast Pennsylvania and never
heard truck drivers speak Russian. Of course the English some of them use I

In other countries what may be federal frequencies here are used for
different things, i.e. commercial use, and since ND is a boarder state,
this is not strange and not fiction, just the truth.
