Comrade Ruffzarf:

166.6375 is used all over the State of Washington by the Bureau of Indian
Affairs, with some sites audible here in Portland. In fact, its only use
appears to be by the Interior Department.(Az., Ca., etc.)  I've never
heard of it being used by the Treasury Department, unless maybe it's
listed in someone's "Top Secret" guide to miscellaneous frequencies.
