[FedCom] Trying to decide a good freq range to work next

What I mean is that the chat used to be on the "official" channels, and
thus less overall chatting; now that the "official" hookup is on HQ (I
haven't heard a CAP mission in months that didn't establish a hookup,
most times including getting NORAD to send a MICKEY -- can't these F-16s
tell time? :-), I'm guessing the crews don't want to chat on that
channel.  I hear the lead tell the wingman about switching over to get
some mission-related information once or twice per hour.  Then it's back
to complaints about mortgages and losing football pools! :-)
