The old Soviet Embassy and UN Consular offices had a few 'retreats' on Long
Island.... I would assume that the new Russian consulate has them now.

This might be embassy/UN consular folks.. might make for some interesting
listening ..... and recording.

Diplomatic immunity does not include the use of US assigned freqs.  It would
be absolutely ironic of the feds could listen in to them (if they are
consular staff) with their existing gear.... ain't life grand !!
