[FedCom] More Feds on P25!!

Hi All,  This afternoon, 164.575 MHz (Tango) is active w/ both "in the
clear"(analog) and P25(NOT Encrypted) near Portsmouth, NH. Hearing both
simplex(mobile)(weak) and Base/Repeater(?)(REAL strong).  Copying mobile
unit(s) checking perimeter area of airport. Not sure if this is at
either Pease(PSM) or Sanford,ME(dont get many ELTs there).Or could be
Manchester(MHT), not sure if any VIPs are sched to arrive locally. I
suspect it could be prep for George (Great Satan)(lol) Bush(Sr) coming
to KPort for Pres Day holiday, Just like 12 yrs ago for  Gulf War1... I
think I'll avoid getting lost in KPort this time,,.

Also listening 165.375 MHz(Charlie) which is usually in the clear up
here, no activity noted. Film at eleven...
