  I show 167.850 and 168.450 as DOE/Military common at many bases in the US. 
These also show as possible NEST freqs. Has anyone ever heard traffic on 
these, and if so was there a PL? I have seen 2 different PL's listed.
Also, I have a NEST freq list, and freqs I actually heard them on, and I am 
wondering if they are changing to 12.5 splits, (such as 168.4375 instead of 
.450) as many agencies are doing? Scott
