  Living both near the Mexican border and many military bases makes for 
interesting listening. Between the Navy & Coast Guard security at the port 
of San Diego is tight. Without going into alot of details, I'm hearing even 
flipper involved in Homeland Security. Check those VICTOR Mil freqs, in AM, 
and NFM modes. Alot can be found. Also 406-414. Even if you have a large UHF 
Mil trunked system, there is still alot of stuff that is NOT trunked. With 
all the talk of "dirty bombs" it is a good time to plug in all the freqs you 
show for DOE also.
(Hearing aircraft searching for something on a freq exclusively used by DOE 
WOULD BE BAD...)
