   Yes. Many years ago during a NEST exercise I heard them in an aircraft 
with a "gadget" (whose rightful name eludes me) looking for radiation from 
the exercise object. I won't say the freq, but lets just say it was above 
the "normal" FBI output range, and below the National Emergency Warning 
System EOC NET-4!   Scott
