If the transmissions are coming from there I would not be able to prove =
it
as I am down here in St. Mary's County MD. All I get is an encrypted =
signal.

Yesterday I was online with another fellow in Northern Calvert who =
brought
it up. He seemed to think it was a control channel for a trunk system =
but he
said he was on the east side of Calvert and had a hill between him and =
the
DC area and could not pick it up clearly.=20

Where I am at, I am distinctly picking up voice signals that appear to =
be
digitized or encrypted by some other means. The only time it has gone
unencrypted is on 2 different mornings I heard comms in the clear, comms
were to the effect that the South Gate was now open.
