[FedCom] USBP sensors

I have 2 sensors, that are very active, that I can hear in my
area:170.775, 168.925. Sensors are tough to find, because they can be
inactive for very long periods of time, and then sudenly, "blip.... blip
blip blip..... blip" and then it may be hours more before you hear them
again.
