[FedCom] 153.875, 150.775 in MA

153.875 PL 127.3 is used in Essex County, north of Boston, as a CD/Emergency
Mngmnt freq.  150.775 was a Mobile Rptr for Beverly, MA FD before they
switched from lowband to UHF
