I have some photos to get processes, but my final conclusion is that the spook
vans (which are still there) are a seismic crew belonging to Eagle Geophysical
of Needville, Texas.
There started to appear around my neighboorhood, little radio boxes with two
element beams transmitting back to the vans. I think they pick up the seismic
signals and send them back.
The driven element on the ants of the boxes (easy to measure as it is near my
mailbox) is 23", indicating a freq of about 240 MHz, but I have not heard
anything in that range.
Comms are super strong on 153.11, 153.26, 153.08. I hear Spanish about half
the time (not common around here).
I'll still post the pics of the gadgets when I get them.
