Hi Bill, and all, Im familiar w/ the 173.150(pretty sure thats right) for New
Boston Tracking Sta, they do all sorts of (anti)terrorist trainning there all
the time(not much else to do I guess ;)(I dont think AlQada would have a clue
what to do w/ a Keyhole Sat,,) . I sort of thought the 164.575 might be Plum
Island Nature Preserve. Primarily I brought this up because Im decoding the P25
signal(voice,,) on there w/ my nice new BC250D,,,,!! The signal wasnt nearly
strong enough to be from Saddleback.
Im also having a small amount of luck decoding VT BP on 170.625; Im not getting
clear voce, but its not showing as being encrypted either. It sounds like the
"quality" setting is WAY off.
