[FedCom] Spook Van in my Neighborhood!!

I see yagis up there that would typically look like amateur VHF/UHF
stuff.  I'll bet they were hams in the contest last weekend.  They are
all over the place.  They typically work as many contacts as possible
from a particular "grid" location.  Some of these grids are rare due to
lack of operators so these guys take their "mobile stations" to the area
and work other stations.  Too much of a coincidence.  When did the
vehicle arrive and when did it leave?????  If it is still there, my
theory is probably a bad one as the contest ended Sunday night.
