[FedCom] Spook Van in my Neighborhood!!

The property is a large tract of land owned by the University of Louisiana.  It
was a farm training school and the city has since grown around it, sort of like
a mini Central Park.

I can't go onto the property, just shoot spy photos of the spys from the fence.
 My house is right near the property.
