You might have answered your own question by your own
knowledge or research...You state it was (or is) a
farm training school location. Perhaps the University
of Louisiana is doing some kind of contract work with
EPA or the Agriculture Dept for air or soil monitoring
and sending the data back to some facility nearby, sort
of like the state highway department folks down here in
Texas that sit by the shoulder of the highway and monitor
car emmisions, etc. I doubt very seriously it's something
of a law enforcement nature, because the truck would be so
obvious with that antenna. Don't get so paranoid! ....Unless
you see black helicopters and SWAT team members running all
over the place, enjoy a brewski, and don't worry...
You know, you could always call the University of Louisiana,
and ask them outright what they're doing in your backyard..:)
