[FedCom] 172.475 in NY Area

I have heard many surveillance activities on 172.475 and sometimes 172.450 also.  They are repeater outputs and have heard operations in Queens (NYC).  Just wondered if anyone had any info on these?

Also if anyone has any listing of other active fed freqs in the NYC area could you please pass them along to me.  THanks in advance.
