[FedCom] Spook Freqs Found

Seismic monitors in the Memphis area are around 220 MHz.  We are on the
New Madrid Fault and there is plenty of monitoring going on around this
part of the US.  They have monitors all over the place that transmit the
information back the Center for Earthquake Studies here.
