Same in Atlanta.  Several surveillances on 165.237 on simplex in the clear.
FBI mostly clear except for sensitive surveillances which are DES.
Secret Service mostly clear except for President visits which are DES.
DEA mostly clear with surveillances on simplex.
INS and ATF have gone P25 digital.
