MONIX lists it as FBI in Ohio

Daryll Symington has compiled a list of freqs used at military installations, and this freq is
listed there as:

In the Norfolk Naval Base, Va, used as a channel in the Fed Trunk System, owned by the Dept of
Commerce.

And

POINT MUGU NAS, Ca, he has it listed as used by the Air Control Tower.
