I know a lot of people bank on the fact that the FBI only uses 167.9 for a
PL, but they do use others.  Specifically, in Louisville, Kentucky one of
their main VHF repeaters uses 156.7 instead.

Just FYI...don't count out the Bu just because the PL's don't match the
stereotype.  :)
