[FedCom] Uniden Bearcat BC-250D and BC-785D

Hi, I have the 250D here in Little Rock, Arkansas, and I am hearing what
appears to be a federal TRS that is Astro 3600 and about 75% of the coms
are encrypted.  The only clear stuff appear to be maintenance and radio
techs.  I have no idea on who it might be, but as I said a majority of the
coms are encrypted.  Anyone else on here in the Little Rock area hearing
this?
