Quite a few agencies seem to be getting new radios that are P-25 complian=
t.
As far as encryption, it's hit and miss. Although if you do run in to an
agency that is running encryption, don't give up. I have found several th=
at
may be encrypted one day and un-encrypted P-25 the next. Some agencies se=
em
to be running encryption on the base, but the mobiles are not encrypted. =
