[FedCom] New England Unknown

I live within five miles of Mt. Wachusett and I searched all of my notes and
can't seem to find any reference to ever hearing anything on that frequency.
Speculation would be FEMA and CAP.
Of course, I have loaded that into all of my scanners now so I will be
monitoring it whenever possible for activity.

Over the past few years, I have been hearing 173.7875R 186.2 HZ
from Mount Wachusett (2006' above central Massachusetts).

It seems like a repeater and keys up every 10 seconds or so.  I have heard
this for years, but have no idea what it is or where it is coming from.

Since Wachusett has excellent coverage of New England and into New York/NJ,
I am looking for anyone that may have heard this.
