It's irrelvent to *you*.
You don't have a clue what crypto scheme was used, and just arbitrarily
decided to refer to it as the generic "DVP."
You also made the assertion "Since the pl is not 167.9, obviously it is
not the FBI" which is rather silly.
At first, I thought you might have had some special knowledge or
understanding which caused you to state some of the things you did, so I asked how you
knew it was DVP. But know we've all learned that you have a tendency to
make some claims which you can't always back-up, and that tidbit helps us all
who do try to be accurate.
Peer review is a wonderful thing.
