PL of 151.4; someone had an open mic in analog mode. Voice came on announcing "all cars and stations, there is an open mic in analog mode." The carrier dropped within 10 seconds. I have this as an output for BP/Customs. Any idea as to the input? Signal was solid here in Augusta, Maine. Thanks! Loren
