Here in Dallas-Fort Worth, USCS uses 
165.2375 and 165.6875 extensively. 165.2375 
in simplex mode seems to be the frequency 
of choice for surveillance, and almost 100% 
of the time "in the clear". 165.6875 is the 
airport inspectors channel here at DFW - ID'ed 
as A-8. 

I have only heard 166.4625 used once here. 
However, when I lived in Tampa this frequency 
was used on an almost daily basis for surveillance.

166.5875, as well as 169.450 are supposed to be
tac frequencies for the Dallas area but I have 
never heard them used.
