Hi Al & Group,

Well, that's really disturbing...so the government is going to invite an
unimaginable number of untrained observers to "call it in" without any
guidance or restraints?  While some extra eyes and ears may be helpful, they
need to know what they're doing.  I hope the gov  has one great big
switchboard with the traditional unlimited staff standing by to run down
every tourist in town.
