  Or ANY police-state, for that matter, part of the rat-out-your-neighbor 
program so popular in North Korea. WAKE UP people, you are being 
MANIPULATED. Has anyone out there been in the Air Force?
Do you know how NORAD would NORMALLY work?  Do you know how high the 
collusion must be with people (a select few) very high up in the executive 
branch and military to have allowed 9/11 to occur?
Do you understand how many people HAD to be involved, and that the support 
of some major intelligence service (MOSSAD false-flag op, perhaps??) HAD to 
occur?
You have to follow the money, figure out who profits the most (both 
financially & otherwise) AND understand that wars (like depression, 
recessions, etc. are CREATED) by the money powers to both profit AND sow 
confusion among the people. Do you know that all presidential candidates and 
most members of all cabinets (republican or democrat- there is no 
difference-again-follow the money) MUST belong to the Council on Foreign 
Relations, whose STATED goal is the formation of a one-world government? And 
WHO will we hand over this power to, to be KING over ALL the earth??  Will 
that amount of power be abused? What will happen to those who will not 
conform? (and let's be honest-those will be the people with unshakable 
religious convictions, bible-believing Christians and Orthodox Jews).

    This was going to be straight frequency info until I read all the 
previous posts, by the way.

  So far, almost everything heard on all these new freqs in San Diego is 
Border Patrol, even the 167 and 170 freqs that were traditionally FBI. The 
only pattern (and there really isn't one) is most of the 167 12.5 splits 
still seem to be FBI, and the .25 splits are BP, but that isn't always the 
case (as with 167.7875). The Justice dept still seems to basically follow 
the same patterns of one input with multiple repeaters in order to encrypt 
all transmissions clearly (makes sense; Fedgov=clear-but-coded)
FBI 167.5375 Natiowide HRT and 167.5625 D4 NW common are the only 2 FBI 
channels I can still confirm, the bottom line being the powers that be (once 
again following police-state mode) do not want any regular citizens to be 
able to hear their communications. People will say in this day and age it is 
neccessary, but traditionally 95% of monitors are hobbyists and 5% very 
smart crooks.
But since the VERY smart crooks are already IN the government, it's all now 
a moot point,  isn't it?
