This sounds new. Previously, they always used an 82.5 PL. Another
anomaly, is for awhile I was hearing them in Orange Co. Ca. on a HIDTA input
(419.325), with the usual 82.5 PL. In San Diego They're on 407.275 in/
413.575 R, due to the 3 main repeaters (414.750 south, 413.600 central, and
415.050 North in the Los Angeles Metro area.) Respective inputs are
407.775,408.050,and 407.725.
