Just catching up on the list from the past few months, I have been away at a
job down south. Here are some recently-heard New England loggings; more to
follow:

167.565 - aerial surveillance, only short transmissions occasionally - user
?
167.76 - one quick transmission noted "in the clear" - FBI?
168.325 - Army? mention of nitrogen tanks, battery changing, callsign "sixty
two oh
               two"
169.575 - simplex surveillance & informal chat - in the clear - FBI?
170.15 - trunked law enforcement - Goffstown, NH?
