Local repeater in Indianapolis Indiana is on 415.200 MHz.  I wonder if the
feds are playing the old trick of reversing their input and output
depending on their location.

GSA Traffic here is analog, and in the clear (Although it is barely more
interesting than listening to paint dry.)  ;-)
