[FedCom] 165.375 Mhz Customs

Hi, Wasnt in this evening, but earlier around 1500L I head what Im pretty sure
was some aero unit on 169.450 MHz

While on the NE area: Whos these guys on 142.350 rpt, "Papa Golf" and "force
protection" w/ radio checks all the time? Sounds like some flavor of National
Guard, either ME or MA.
