[FedCom] 165.2375 Mhz Customs in Northern NY

Several times this weekend and earlier this week, US Customs aero came alive 
in the clear on 165.2375 in Northern New York, as aircraft flew ops along the 
NY/Canadian border.  I was able to log like 4 new callsigns, and for the 
first time ever I heard "Hammer" on the freq talking with aircraft - calling 
the channel "Net-9".  Hammer sounded so over-driven that it was hard 
sometimes to hear what was being said.  There was even talk of military 
aircraft, following an unknown plane, and to keep in contact with "Huntress", 
too.

Seems something's going on again -- you can always tell by the amount of US 
Customs areo activity in this area that pops up.
