Correct, Bill.
142.350 is the statewide primary repeater output for MANG. Not all sites
with a high band output have a high band input, however.
"Papa Golf" (one, two, three, etc.) is the callsign precedent for an HQ or
STARC unit based in Milford.
"Foxtrot Papa" or Force Protection is usually the Devens Force Protection
station. Camp Edwards and other stations may use "MP station" or a specific
unit, for instance if the 747 MP Co. (my old unit) were providing site
security for Edwards, they may call in as "747 Edwards".
You will also hear unit designations, such as "181" and "181 mobile", plus
OMS units. Their meanings are obvious.
Two-digit callsigns (ie "51", "63") are usually used by command or radio
technicians. My unit's CO uses one of those, but curiously another officer
we see frequently does not.
Happy monitoring!
