       24-Hour Air Patrol Resumes Over NYC
       The US government has resumed 24-hour air partols over New York amid 
heightened fears of possible terroist attacks during the war with 
Iraq,officials said yesterday. The Department of Homeland Security's newly 
formed Bureau of Imigration and Customs Enforcement has deployed 50 pilots 
and crew to patrol the local airspace in New York recently designated as a 
restricted fly zone (Reuters)
