[FedCom] Customs Activity March 26th

Yesterday, March 26th was a goldmine of aero activity on 165.2375 !!!

 Lima/Omaha-16-Quebec identified Lima-950 as "Hammer" and "Hammer" even  
answered to it.  Would that make Lima-800 "Jackpot" ???  I usually hear 
aircraft ask Sector to notify Hammer & Jackpot of something, or occasionally 
to notify Lima 800 and 950.

 New callsign today of Lima-5204-Juliet.  Lima/Omaha-16-Quebec identified 
this  aircraft as an "AS-350".  Also new ones of Omaha 16-Quebec (same as the 
Lima,  why do they switch between these two tacticals?) and Omaha 91 (not 
sure if it's the same as Omaha 91-Juliet, which was another new callsign 
earlier this week).

16-Q and 5204-J talked briefly on 165.2375 and then 16-Q asked 5204-J if he 
had "Blue-3" in his radio, and to switch to it.  I have Blue-3 as 353.900AM, 
but I heard nothing on it when I plugged it in.

 5204-J earlier in the day said he was monitoring "Net-1" and "Net-9" - now I 
have Net 9 as 166.225/165.6875, but I think I have that backward, and it 
should be 165.6875/166.225 - which would make sense with the activity a 
friend from Vermont said he was hearing on 165.6875.  Still nothing here on 
that freq though here in Watertown, NY.
