[FedCom] FPS Regional / National Dispatching

regional dispatching centers for a while now, but today I am hearing
various techs from Philadelphia and Boston showing up on the 417.2 mHz
repeater in the Seattle & Portland areas. They have been asking for radio=

checks from units in the Pacific Northwest to respond. The Denver
dispatcher indicated over the air that Philadelphia was going to "take
over" dispatch, but didn't indicate if this was temporary or a permanent
change. =

Also, I have received reports of digital comms on some of the FPS
frequencies, but so far I have not heard it here in Portland...
